Product Description
These 10ft high cube storage containers have just been built in our London depot. We have 1 ready now with another 6+ in production over the next month or two. These have been made by cutting down a one trip (new quality) 40ft high cube container. We then add our light(er)weight fabricated doors and a flat front end (the steel used her is at least as thick as the steel in the corrugated side walls). We also add a lock box (padlock cover) rain guard above the doors and have given them an external repaint in a dark green RAL 6007
These are great value 10ft storage units, but they are also 1ft / 3cm taller than a standard shipping container, allowing for storage of certain types of diggers and tractors that may not fit inside a standard shipping container.
As these have been made by cutting a bigger shipping container down to size, these are not suitable for shipping use, for lifting when loaded or for stacking loaded shipping containers on top. They are however excellent value static storage units.
Pictures shown are one of the exact units made from our first production of these containers. others will be near identical. As they are made from one trip containers there may be the odd dent on these consistent with its first trip over from Asia to the UK.
As with all shipping containers we sell, these come with our 12 month wind and watertight guarantee, but in reality you should be expecting well over 10 years of solid use from one of these with minimal maintenance.
If you need a smart and neat smaller shipping container, we believe this is the best value on the market. Due to the current high shipping costs, factory built 8ft 6 high 10fts are coming in more expensive than these units. These 10ft high cube storage containers also have more work done in UK yards. This means for each of these 10fts sold, approx. £1000 of additional work is undertaken in our UK yards when compared to a factory built 10ft from Asia, promoting local investment and jobs.
