Product Description
Full customisable to your requirements, our basic offices are ideal for on-site or remote location use.
The standard specification keeps the overall cost as low as possible, these offices can be used straightaway as they are and are supplied ready to ‘plug and play’.
The 10ft offices are produced from refurbished containers so may have dents and dinks in the metalwork. If you need an office that will be on show and look very smart we recommend that you upgrade to a one-trip container.
The offices can be supplied in Blue RAL 5013 or Green RAL 6007, other colours are available but may affect cost.
Once ordered we will take the container into our conversion depot, and it’ll be checked over to ensure that it is wind and watertight. A layer of good quality insulation will be hidden beneath the ply/OSB or melamine lining (ply/OSB is included in price, melamine will cost extra). We will fit surface mounted electrics including a strip light, 2 double 13A sockets, distribution board with RCD (consumer unit) and external connection. All wiring, light switch and trunking etc. is included. The double sockets can be positioned as you wish. The door will be a high-security steel personnel door, the window will be a 945mm x 945mm window with steel security shutter on the outside. Again these can be positioned as best works for your site.
The double doors of the container can be left operational if required, but if they’re not going to be used then they can be welded shut or replaced with a flat steel panel. This is more secure and gives a better internal finish.
Upgrades Available:
- Additional Windows. As standard the 10ft basic office has a single 945mm x 945mm window with steel security shutter. We can add extra windows if required. If you don’t need the security shutters let us know – this will reduce the cost.
- Heater. There are sockets available for plugging in a heater, but if you want one permanently fitted then we can offer this.
- Flooring. The standard marine ply flooring is suitable for use in an office, but if you want it to look a bit smarter you can opt for a vinyl floor covering.
- Extra Doors. If your site set-up requires an ‘in’ and an ‘out’ door let us know, we can quote for the additional door. All doors used are high-security steel personnel doors.
- Staircases. If you’re planning to stack your office on top of another container we can quote for an access staircase. Not all containers are suitable for stacking so please check this with us when ordering.
- We will also need to confirm the lower container has all 4-corner posts in place.
- Skylights. You can have a skylight fitted to improve lighting in the office if you wish.
