This refurbished 10ft site office container provides fantastic value for use as a small site office, security hut, car park reception and a variety of other uses. These office containers typically have a high security door and lockable anti-vandal double glazed window with shutters welded on to the container as standard but we can add additional windows, doors and other options on request.
We typically source our used ranges from a variety of office hire companies and refurbish them to a good standard before they leave our yard, meaning you will have a secure lockable anti-vandal 10ft site office container with fully tested and certified electrics* and our wind & watertight guarantee. Note: unlike our normal shipping containers these units are not sourced directly from shipping lines or major leasing companies.
Other units come with different door and window configurations or serving hatches. All 10ft site office containers will come secure and lockable and any window opening will have anti-vandal covers which can be shut and locked from the inside (Unless they already sit behind the heavy duty container doors) Flat panel secure doors come as standard but if you wanted the extra piece of mind we also offer a wide range of security doors. The high security Kirncroft doors option offers a 12 point locking shoot bolt mechanism: 2 into top of frame, 8 into latch side of frame, 2 through threshold into structure below. Including dog bolts and latch, 15 points secure leaf in position.
Typically, we only have a limited amount of these 10ft site office containers available and specs will be limited to what stock of these units we have at that time so, prices and available specifications will vary from week to week. *All shipping containers with electrics from Budget Shipping Containers can come with a Transportable Building Electrical Installation Schedule Certificate – this is an Electrical Test Certificate saying we’ve fitted, plugged in and tested all components on your container at our premise and checked they work (this excludes the ‘electrics pack’ which is a self-fit option on our flat pack containers but these components are manufacture tested and only supplied brand new) You will require a qualified electrician to connect all containers to your own electrics once on site and should you need a further Electrical Certificate specific to your site, the electrician you have installing will be able to provide this test certificate (Formal electrical test certificates are only valid at the address they are undertaken, so we cannot provide this certificate prior delivery.) As standard the Electrical Test Certs we supply will be a carbon copy of the signed document typically inside the container. Copies may be available on request.
