Product Description

We have a range of 24ft x 9ft offices available for sale nationwide. The units in the photos are of a batch of used units we had received into our Manchester depot in past. The repaints and electrical checks had not been done at the time the photos were taken. Units available will vary in spec and condition, depending on what we have available at the time of enquiry.

We can offer these offices as fully refurbished. They will be given an fresh electrical check and an external repaint, your choice of colour. We get these into our yard, give  them a final inspection to ensure all is in good order. Minor repairs may be evident from one container to the next so this is not offered in new condition.

We then give it an external repaint in your choice of basic, darker colour, or a repaint in white. Other shades are available but if we require an additional base coat this can add to the repainting cost. (a base coat is often required for lighter colours eg pastels).  You will require an electrician to install these properly on your site.

These office containers in the photos also came with a kitchen area including sink, fresh and waste water connections, cupboard and water boiler. If you require a kitchen inside your office cabin, please let us know and we can find the best option we have to meet your requirements.

These are ideal for a wide range of uses, weather for temporary or semi-permanent use these can be delivered to a site, hooked up and are ready to go in minutes. Garden offices, reception rooms, site offices and more. These are very versatile spaces built to a genuine anti-vandal specification. Furthermore you retain a fair amount of value for resale should you outgrow this over the next few years.

Comfortably able to support 4 desks these can be used to extend a current office operation, provide temporary office units on a project site, or these can offer a budget option for anyone looking for longer term office space on land or in a yard they already own or rent for their operation.

All shipping containers with electrics from Budget Shipping Containers can come with a Transportable Building Electrical Installation Schedule Certificate – this is an Electrical Test Certificate saying we’ve fitted, plugged in and tested all components on your container at our premise and checked they work (this excludes the ‘electrics pack’ which is a self-fit option on our flat pack containers but these components are manufacture tested and only supplied brand new) You will require a qualified electrician to connect all containers to your own electrics once on site and should you need a further Electrical Certificate specific to your site, the electrician you have installing will be able to provide this test certificate (Formal electrical test certificates are only valid at the address they are undertaken, so we cannot provide this certificate prior delivery.) As standard the Electrical Test Certs we supply will be a carbon copy of the signed document typically inside the container. Copies may be available on request.

Stocks are very limited, and specifications can vary between units. All containers sold come with our 12 month wind and watertight guarantee but we expect many more years of good quality use from any container we sell.
