This 24ft x 10ft office container offers a fantastic, flexible and cost effective working space. It should be exempt from planning permission as it counts as a temporary structure, and its quick and easy to deliver and install. These 24ft x 10ft office units are made in our Manchester depot and come lined out with smart, wipe clear internal panelling, insulated and come with fully certified electrics provision (lights, plug sockets and heater) with consumer unit / RCD and external junction box. These also include high security anti vandal doors and window units as standard.

These 24ft x 10ft containerised office units are typically made to order, meaning we can modify the exact specification if required for a specific job or customer. We can include plumbing, sinks and toilets to help provide welfare facilities, or we can covert or modify as required for a specific purpose. We will occasionally have a couple of standard units made up ready to go in-case of an ’emergency’ job.

These are not genuine shipping containers – these are not designed to go onto a container boat and they do not come with double cargo doors at one end fo the container. these might look like a shipping container but these are purpose built 24ft x 10ft office containers – all made in the UK! these are non standard sizes for cargo containers and they cannot fit into container stacks with other ISO shipping containers. Please do not assume you can export these as easily as a standard shipping container.

Comfortably fitting 4 workstations, (at a squeeze up to 6) these 24ft x 10ft office containers are very popular options for construction site offices and welfare cabins, extra offices on school or college premises and even small shop conversions. .

Internally, as pictured, the 24ft x 10ft office containers will be completely lined and insulated and give the appearance of a room. All electrics are tested and certified in our depot – but you will s still require a qualified electrician to install these 24ft x 10ft office containers at your end as the electrical certification is only valid at the address where the checks are undertaken.

All containers are checked prior to leaving our depot so you are assured of a structurally sound unit and of course will come with our usual 12 month warranty against natural water or weather egress (realistically you should be expecting much longer than this with these units but we have to draw the line somewhere!) All new made to order office containers ordered come repainted externally as standard in your choice of colour (shown here in grey) and they can be customised further to suit purpose – doors and windows in different positions, extra windows, extra doors, wheelchair access double doors etc. As is always sensible please contact us to discuss.
