Product Description

Longer and wider than your average 20ft shipping container, this is a 24ft x 9ft office container! It is brand new and comes insulated as standard to reduce temperature fluctuations and keep condensation at zero. It has an open plan layout and comes complete with two windows at each end, complete with anti-vandal security shutters, and a high security personnel door in the middle of one side for access. Fitted with Electrics throughout including two ceiling lights, double sockets and a 12kw heater (for those chilly mornings) this is a fantastic solution for temporary or permanent on site office problems. A very popular option for construction site offices, extra offices on school or college premises and even a small shop conversion!

We regularly make these up in our Manchester depot and we can when required alter the specification for a customers need and build these to order (price variations will apply) giving you a bespoke design and build option.

These 24ft x 9ft office containers offer fantastic long term value and we recommend them for very long term use (these are ideal for permanent site offices as well as those temporary emergency jobs!) They should last 2-3x the life of a similar spec used container, will look a lot smarter and hold a better resale value should you want to sell them on in some years’ time.

Unlike conventional shipping containers, these 24ft x 9ft office containers will NOT have end cargo doors; they are welfare office containers and will only have access through a high security personnel door. These are not designed or rated for use on container boats so please do not assume that these can be exported on a shipping container vessel.

Internally, as pictured, these 24ft x 9ft office containers will be completely lined and insulated and finished with wipe clean interior panelling. This 24ft x 9ft office container comes with a Consumer unit/RCD and a junction box externally allowing for professional power hookup once this is delivered (you will require a qualified electrician to install these) All electrics will be fitted and tested in our depot before sale.

All containers are checked prior to leaving our depot so you are assured of a structurally sound unit and of course will come with our usual 12-month warranty against natural water or weather egress (realistically you should be expecting much longer than this with these units but we have to draw the line somewhere!).

All new office containers ordered come repainted externally (as standard) in your choice of basic RAL colour (shown here in grey) and they can be customised further to suit purpose – doors and windows in different positions, extra windows, extra doors, wheelchair access double doors etc. As is always sensible please contact us to discuss.
