Product Description
These 2 refurbished 40ft DV containers has been built in our Manchester depot. We took our wind and watertight 40ft used containers added 2 extra cargo doors on the side of each and repaint them in grey (RAL7016) for a smarter finish. Each unit now has 3 sets of cargo doors with lockboxes included.
These two containers are not identical, on the container plan you can see where they differ. When we came up with this design we had in mind a few ways of use. Either as a set of 2, to face each other with a wide enough space between for easier access or to create a long 80ft container with the end walls of each container as a partition in the middle. They could also stand on their own with multiple entries for easier access. They would be perfect for storing pallets or bulky items and heavy machinery easily accessible from every set of doors.

The units are structurally sound and can offer many years of quality storage with little maintenance. Refurbished containers are made from used (second hand) containers so the cosmetics are not guaranteed, you can expect some dents and scratches but the dark grey paint has hidden them. That extra coat of paint has also provided an extra level of protection against rust.
As with all of our products, these containers come with our 12 month wind and watertight guarantee which means that are protected against leaks and natural defects and the repaint added a few years of extra life. The 2 extra set of doors makes it more convenient to access the container from 3 spots and not just 1 as with most containers. The inside of the containers will be clean and tidy but not repainted unless it’s requested £POA.
As these containers come with lockboxes we suggest purchasing our Squire Container padlocks for extra piece of mind. When these padlocks are used with our high security lockboxes it is not possible to break in with a crowbar or something similar.
