We have just one 6ft shipping container in stock ready to go from our Liverpool depot. The unit shown in the photos is of the exact unit on offer. This unit has been made from an offcut of a near new shipping container which was used in a different project.

Once this unit has gone, we do not have any more of this spec expected into stock.

A near new shipping container is a very good condition compared to used and refurbished containers. They are generally one trip containers which have sat in a yard for years, or been used for static storage. This means that it will have minimal cosmetic damage and last a long time. Although cosmetic damage will be minimal, you can still expect to see some evidence of its journey on the cargo ship or being moved around yards.

Having been repainted in dark grey, the unit looks very smart and cosmetic damage is not as obvious.

This container has shipping container cargo doors, and comes complete with a lock box. The lock box is a steel shroud on the cargo doors which protects the padlock. It protects from attack with lock pick, bolt cutters, jimmying, etc. When paired with one of our shipping container padlocks, you can rest assured the contents of the container are secure.

Like all of our shipping containers, the unit is made from Corten Steel. This is a extremely strong, weatherproof steel. Rust will form on the surface. The rust will be non-porous so it won’t let water through.

This size of container is often popular for sites that have a specific space to fill. They also work well for sites that will be siting the container in a car park space.

This unit will not be suitable for loaded lifting.
