Being prefabricated, your new home will be delivered to site complete and all you need to ensure is that we access the site with a vehicle that’s about 65ft in length and that we have hard-standing over which our vehicle can run.

You need to ensure your site has good solid, level foundations on to which your home can be placed and connection points for water, sewage and electricity.

Please note that our basic model can be changed to meet your requirements.

Of course, we do recommend you obtain planning permission for your prefab prior to ordering.

Prices can vary a great deal with the exact spec needed, your exact location (our delivery cost from our nearest depot) as well as the price of the pound at the time of any order. Price shown is for the basic unit delivered and installed – a very reasonable price for a house you can install in approx. 3 hours.
