We often have these 20ft COSHH stores in stock in our Manchester depot. These units are cost-effective option for storage of chemicals or other hazardous products.

These 20ft COSHH containers have been designed to follow safety standards. They are fitted with four 300mm x 300m aluminium vents. Two of these are fitted at high level and two at low level to allow air and gases to escape the container.

The unit also comes with a steel durbar floor. This has a 100mm upstand to catch any spilt liquids as well as a drainage tap for easy clean up.

While these units have been designed to follow safety standards, there are many types of hazardous substances that could be stored within. It is your responsibility to ensure that the unit meets the standards needed to store the particular substances you have. These COSHH stores can also be further modified. If you need more vents or any other features, please let us know.

A lockbox is included on the cargo doors. This provides a cover for your padlock and protects it from attack by lockpick, jimmying etc so you can be assured your items are secure.

These 20ft COSHH stores are converted in the UK in one trip shipping containers. One trip shipping containers are as new as you can get in the UK (having only done one journey from a Chinese factory) and will be in near perfect condition.

Like all shipping containers, these COSHH stores are made from Corten Steel. This is a strong metal which is resistant to corrosion. We guarantee these COSHH containers wind and watertight for 12 months. If the unit springs a natural leak within the first 12 months we will come out to repair it. However, as one trip containers, you should be expecting many years if not decades of use with minimal maintenance.
