Product Description

Office cabins are an ideal solution for work sites which are in remote or temporary areas. Plug in and go, these made to order offices are easy way to have a warm, smart space to work in with very little fuss.

These units can be stacked, if you want to maximise the available space. Made to order, you can choose the positioning of the windows, doors, electrics etc. This allows you to make a space that will work for you and your needs.

These units can be painted externally in your choice of RAL. Whether this is to match branding, other units on site, or just to be your favourite colour!

Standard sizing for these cabins are:

• 21ft x 9ft
• 24ft x 9ft
• 32ft x 10ft

Custom size units are also available on request.

Standard Office

• Flat sided construction
• Open plan layout
• 12.5mm white plasterboard, with 50mm Knauf insulation
• 18mm Polyflor
• Strip lighting, double sockets and 2kW convector heater (+ fuse board, light switches etc)
• Coat hooks & notice board
• Double glazed antivandal windows & personnel door

Design Options

As a made to order cabin, you do also have some design choices. This may increase the price of your container.

Jackleg Office Cabin

Jacklegs are a less common feature on cabins these days but they can be added to these cabins. Jackleg cabins are great for sites where the ground may be uneven jacklegs level the container by jacking the container up or down so the cabin can be placed on almost any hard ground.

Jack legs are 120mm each, meaning they add 240mm onto the total width of the container. This can impact transport options.

Guarantees

These new cabins come with a standard 10year structural manufacturing defects warranty. All other products and paintwork has a 12month defects warranty.
