Product Description
A Budget Shipping Containers 40ft Premium Shipping Container Office provides a good sized work location for up to 4 people in a remote, temporary or site location.
As standard we supply these as one single open-plan space, but can quote for additional doors and internal divisions if you want to split it up. Once you’ve placed it in a suitable location and connected up the electricity you’re ready to move in chairs and desks etc. and get to work. Our standard design includes electrics, insulation, vinyl flooring and white walls/ceiling. All designs can be amended to your requirements on request, subject to costs of course.
Our Premium offices are only produced from one trip containers. These are the newest containers available in the UK, having been used only once to ship goods into the country.
When you order an office conversion from us the container will be moved into our conversion depot and checked over to ensure good quality. Melamine (wipe-clean, white) will be used to line the walls and ceiling, with a layer of good quality insulation between the layers. Surface mounted electrics will be fitted, including 4 no. 5ft LED strip lights and 4 no. double sockets along with the RCD, external connection and all wiring/trunking etc. You can specify positions for the sockets to work best with your planned layout. We will fit 4 no. standard 945mm x 945mm windows with steel security shutters and a high security steel personnel door. All of these can be fitted as required for your site and function. Floor covering is hard waring vinyl over the original marine ply floor.
Once this (and any custom modification) is complete all the paintwork around hot works will be touched up to the original container colour (usually Green or Blue). If you are looking for a different colour for your office we can quote for almost any RAL colour that you like.
If you’re planning on storing large items in your office you may want the cargo doors of the container left operational If not then we can weld them shut, which is more secure and gives a better internal finish.
