We would like to thank you, our customers, and suppliers for your business this year and for your efforts to help us maintain a high level of service despite a very challenging year for all. And in some cases, an extra thanks for your consideration whilst we have worked to get you what was needed in a very challenging operational environment.
This year we have recently added Paul and Mike to our team and if you’ve not met them already, we hope you get the chance soon. Dave Williamson has also been off sick for a couple of months, but he is now on the mend and we hope to have him back from January.
2021 is already looking equally challenging and as we come out of the grip of the virus, we stand ready to help others as needed in managing and adapting to a changing world.
Ordinarily, we like to send a parcel to our regular customers and key suppliers to thank them for their efforts throughout the year and hopefully spread a little bit of cheer. Unfortunately with us working from home this has been one logistical challenge too many for us this year. However, whilst we are in need of a little bit of fun, we feel this year it is more important than ever to help others who really need it.
Instead of a Christmas goodie bag, this year we have made a donation to Shelter and the NSPCC, both of whom provide essential services and support for those in need throughout the year.
We hope you all have a happy Christmas and we look forward to speaking and working with you all again in 2021.
