The customer service we received from Nikita during the purchase of x2 used containers was excellent. She was helpful and friendly and kept us updated from quoting to delivery, nothing was too much and she was always available to answer questions very promptly. My storemen have both confirmed deliveries went smoothly and they are very pleased with their insulated containers.

First class service from start to finish. We needed to look at a quick and secure option for storage to free up our workshop space in our main Factory. Sean was very helpful and offered all types of options for a storage container with different access options.

Great from start to finish. Right price. Nikita was easy to deal with and kept us informed throughout. Hauliers took a little time on planning their route and confirming delivery but were good when they arrived and no problems unloading and locating container.

Simple process, able to offer delivery on the specific day required, competitive price. Very helpful and if I needed another container wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Delivery day, chucking down with rain and howling bitter cold wind. The driver couldn’t get the truck with 2 containers on it in the entrance to the car park. He tried many times!
The chap in the truck with the single container on the back (with the lifter) was able to guide the other driver down the narrow road behind us, then lift the containers over onto our site and in place. They spent a good 2.5 hours completing this job. Both were great guys, helpful, polite and a good laugh. Need containers? Use these guys!
