Just another addition to the spectacular range of office conversion containers we have available here at Budget Shipping Containers! We can now introduce this brilliant half office, half storage container! This container has been transformed externally with wood cladding to create an aesthetically pleasing site office that fits in to any building site or country side location.
This particular conversion has been constructed from a 20ft shipping container (Other sizes available on request). This product would be perfect for industrial parks, building sites, garden office units and farmers yards alike.
Heat and sound insulation are vital for office units such as these and so this container unit has double glazed windows with lockable anti-vandal secure shutters, fully lined and insulated walls and ceiling as standard. This unit comes with professionally installed electrics, electrical points, consumer unit (RCD) and external hookup. (You will require a qualified electrician to install once delivered).
As with every shipping container we sell, these units comes with our 12-month wind & watertight guarantee. Our network of crane equipped trucks can lift and drop into the exact position you require across the U.K (Subject to suitable truck access).
At Budget Shipping Containers we have the ability to modify and adapt our products to fulfill your exact wants and needs. So if your after something similar to this but with a different configuration (e.g different doors, different number of windows or electrical points mounted in specific places etc) then we can very easily customise our builds to suit this.

All shipping containers with electrics from Budget Shipping Containers can come with a Transportable Building Electrical Installation Schedule Certificate – this is an Electrical Test Certificate saying we’ve fitted, plugged in and tested all components on your container at our premise and checked they work (this excludes the ‘electrics pack’ which is a self-fit option on our flat pack containers but these components are manufacture tested and only supplied brand new) You will require a qualified electrician to connect all containers to your own electrics once on site and should you need a further Electrical Certificate specific to your site, the electrician you have installing will be able to provide this test certificate (Formal electrical test certificates are only valid at the address they are undertaken, so we cannot provide this certificate prior delivery.) As standard the Electrical Test Certs we supply will be a carbon copy of the signed document typically inside the container. Copies may be available on request.
