20ft Roller Shutter Container (Liverpool)

Product Description

A 20ft roller shutter container is a popular option for customers who need to access the full side of their shipping container. A full side roller shutter allow unobstructed access into the container and is a great alternative to a factory made full side access container.

Being able to access the full side means loading and unloading the container is very easy, even with forklifts or pallet trucks.

Roller shutter containers are also popular for conversion projects. They work well for retail spaces, cafes and bars looking for extra space.

What’s Included

The pricing of these units includes the container itself, the full side electric roller shutter (galvanised) and plug inside the unit but no external connection. These shutters work on standard 32amp set ups.

The plug will be ready for you to hook up to your electrics on site once you sort the external connection, we’d recommend having an experienced electrician on site for this.

The unit will also come with a fob for entry. This allows remote access, ideal if you are loading items with a forklift and don’t want to get out to manually open the shutter. The fobs have approx. 5m range.

The container will keep it’s original cargo doors, so you will have a second entry point. A lock box will be included for added security.

Refurbished Container

Refurbished containers are used containers, we give them a fresh repaint and also fit a lockbox to the cargo doors for added security. These units will be around 15years old and will show evidence of their lives on the cargo ships. You will see dents, scratches, surface rust and as well as some repair patches.

You will have a choice of dark green (RAL6007), dark blue (RAL5013) or dark grey (RAL7016) included in the price. Other RAL colours are available, pricing POA.

One Trip Container with Roller Shutter

A one trip container is a great option if you are looking for something very smart. These units have only been used to transport cargo to the UK and are in near perfect condition. They are usually around 6month to a year old.

As standard these are available in dark green (RAL6007) and dark blue (RAL5013). We can also repaint in your choice of RAL, pricing POA.

Upgrades

Powder Coating

The galvanised roller shutters can also be powder coated in your choice of RAL. You can choice to match the shutter to the container or have a contrasting colour to make it stand out.

Standard RALs (6007, 5013 & 7016) will be an additional £350 +VAT per shutter. Other RALs are available, pricing POA.

Double RCD Protected Socket and Commando Plug

We can also add a double RCD protected socket inside the container, along with a 32amp male blue commando plug outside for easy hook up. This option should mean you do not need a full RCD to be installed in your container for your shutter to operate.

This will be £250 +VAT additional to the container.
