Product Description

Budget Shipping Containers 20ft flat pack modular buildings provide a simple solution to the long-term problems of office space availability for those tricky and inaccessible areas.

Measuring 6m long x 2.3m wide (or in old money circa 20ft long x 7’7” wide) they offer complete flexibility as each unit is robust and fully insulated, but also light enough to be manhandled around most sites.

Perfect for offices on building sites, pop-up shops and yards in need of a reception/waiting area, or even extra classroom space at schools!

The wall and roof panels of these flat pack offices are 50mm sandwich panels consisting of two .40mm powder coated galvanized steel sheets with 50mm high density (16 kg/m3) polystyrene insulation and are finished in a neutral colour (off-white RAL 9002)

The roof itself and ceiling supporting frame consist of a rigid and torsion-resistant cold-formed 1.50 mm supporting frame, (retention bars) which locate into spigots in the four corners of the 3mm corner posts. The outer roof skin is in two parts and consists of .73mm box profile galvanized steel complete with integral gutters.

If you’re thinking of taking well on the roof, or using the unit for storage while it’s not in use as an office, it has an evenly distributed load capacity of 100 kg/m² over the roof and 250 kg/m² over the floor.
