The flat pack modular office is a great alternative space for customers who have limited access on site where a big delivery truck could not get to. They also work well for customers who want the option to expand their space in the future to meet growth.

Delivered flat packed, these units can easily be carried into the desired position and then assembled, ideal for the tricky to access areas.

These units offer a smart versatile office space, suitable for almost every use while also being secure and weatherproof.

Configurations and Linking Units

These units have been designed to give you the most freedom with your configuration. Each panel is 1m wide, including the door and window panels. As all panels are the same size, your door and window(s) can be positioned wherever suits your requirements best.

Additional door and window panels are also available for purchase.

These high-quality office units are designed to easily link together with other units of the same type, allowing you to create a versatile, custom office space that suits your needs and can also be easily added to in the future if you grow out of the first space.

Electrics Package

An electrics package is also available for purchase with your flat pack modular office. This kit is designed to be surface mounted within the office (and installed by a qualified electrician) and includes.

• 2x double wall sockets
• 1x 2kW heater
• 3 way consumer unit with RCD and MCBs fitted
• Internal light + switch
• 32 amp external plug and socket
• Trunking

Easy Assembly

As with all our flat pack ranges, these are designed to be man portable and easy to assemble, although an installation service is also available (please note, our assembly team cannot fit the electrics).

All required nuts and bolts are provided with you unit, all you need to bring is a socket set and screwdriver. Assembly instructions are also supplied with the unit. If this is your first flat pack it may take a couple of hours to assemble fully.

All deliveries are Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm.

We are only able to deliver within Mainland UK. All deliveries are quoted with kerbside offload.

4×4 + Trailer Delivery

These are dedicated deliveries to your site only. You may need to help offload the unit from the trailer. Depending on the size of the unit you purchase you may need 2 or 3 people on site to help handball the panels off. If this is not possible, please let us know and we can arrange for an additional person to be sent to help offload the panels.

Lead time is around 7 – 10 working days for in stock items.

Installation is also available with this option.
