Our flat pack office containers offer a near, cost-effective and quality space. As flat packed units they are ideal for garden offices, workshops, temporary site offices and more.

The insulated panel help to retain heat and prevent condensation build up. With the insulation, you are sure of a nice, comfortable area to work from.

Upgrades

There are also options to upgrade the look of your flat pack office container.

Full height double glazed windows and glazed door panel give the units a smarter and airier look with lots of natural light. Adding the glazed door does also mean you have two entrances into your office for added versatility.

Electrics don’t come included but can we can supply an electrics package. These office cabins are designed for surface mounted electrical installations and can easily fitted by a professional electrician.

The electrical package includes:

• 1x 3-way consumer unit
• RCD & MCB
• 1x external 32amp plug and socket
• 1x internal double socket
• 1x light fitting & switch
• 1x fused switch
• All cabling and trunking

Configurations

With the 3m and 4m cabins, you also have the option to position your window and door in certain places.

The long sides of the cabin are made up of ‘large panels’, the short end also has 1 large panel in the middle. The standard door and window panels are large panels, so these can go in any large panel position in your office. If you buy additional window panels they can also go anywhere a large panel is positioned.

This also applies with the full height windows and glazed door upgrade options.

Easy Assembly

To assemble these units, all you need is a socket set & screwdriver. All nut and bolts are provided with the unit. Assembly instructions are also supplied. It may take you a few hours to build if this is your first flatpack.

Construction Materials

Flooring is a pre-installed 18mm OSB laminate flooring with a 2mm PVC linoleum covering.

The frame is also made from a combination of U and C galvanised steel.

The roof and wall panels consist of an inner and outer layer of 0.6mm thick galvanised steel. The inner layer is finished with an ‘off white’ paint (RAL9002). The exterior walls are finished with either a green (RAL6005) or cream (RAL9002). Between these layers there is a 50mm thick polyurethane insulation.

The door is also made from a 0.6mm thick galvanised steel. It comes complete with door handle and replaceable euro cylinder lock.

The window frames are made from cold formed power coated galvanised flat steel sheet 1.25mm thick. The windows are UPVC double glazed and also have vertically inward opening mechanism with a single lock and handle.

We offer two near identical designs of the flat pack containers – either from our Birmingham or Surrey depot. The units have slightly different guttering systems, door handles & vary a little in size.

Individual Panel Weights

Your delivery will be via a 26-ton hiab lorry to kerbside.

All deliveries are Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm.

We are only able to deliver within Mainland UK. All deliveries are quoted with kerbside offload.

Shared Load Hiab Delivery

Our shared load delivery vehicle is generally a 26-tonne hiab equipped vehicle that is 12.3ft in height and 34ft in length. On occasions, an additional 20ft long trailer may be attached to the vehicle. Please check your site can accept the longest vehicle configuration.

The truck will need to stay on hardstanding ground at all times. There also needs to be sufficient room for the crane vehicle to setup and offload.

With these shared loads lead time can be up to 3 – 4 weeks for  in stock items.
