Product Description

These weatherproof shipping container louvre vents are perfect for that additional ventilation you desire. Coming as supply only DIY these are ideal for shipping container offices, shipping container boiler houses, shipping container welfare units, or any situation where you need a good amount of air flow. If you a purchasing a container from us, we can also fit vents in depot.

Available in a variety of sizes so suitable for most customers. They are water tight vents and come with a wire bird mesh so you can keep unwanted guests out of your container. Our standard sizes are available for online ordering (for overall flange size add 48mm). We can can also offer custom sized vents.

Our shipping container louvre vents are manufactured from extruded aluminium alloy with a slimline blade on a 38mm pitch. This offers excellent resistance to rain whilst still maintaining 50% free air space. Flanges are supplied un-punched and the depth is approx. 45mm.

Self Fit

These vents are supplied as DIY. We are not able to offer an on site fitting service with these. We suggest using an experience welder or fabricator to fit these in your container.

If you are purchasing a shipping container from us, we can fit louvre vents in depot prior to sending the container out. Please let us know if you want vents fitted in a container you are purchasing from us.

Custom Vents

We can supply extra large vents if needed, as well as demountable options – allowing you to remove the vent.

Please get in touch with your size or spec and we can quote accordingly. Custom vents will need to be made to order and will be on a longer lead time (generally a couple of weeks).

These pictures are an example of a 1500mm square louvre vent we fitted for a customer. In this case this single large vent was more expensive than 4 quarter sized vents, but this extra large single vents was an important feature for this specific fit out. This was also fitted to be demountable to allow the customer to remove the vent for cleaning and to access the machinery just inside the vent, which is not otherwise accessible once this container has been fitted out.

Delivery & Lead Time

Delivery to a mainland UK address of your choice (excluding the Highlands) is included in the price. These will be on a 3-5 working day delivery service.

If you need your vents in a hurry, please let us know and we can see about arranging a next day delivery.

Orders to the Highlands, N. Ireland and the Isles are an additional cost and available upon request.

Order Information

• For payment processing, you will be transferred away from our website to a Monek payments portal for card payment processing, and return to our website once this is complete. We and our website have no ability to see your card details.
• We pre authorise all payments at the time of your order, the full payment is then only taken when we are processing your order (usually the next working day) .
• Please check your Junk or Spam folders if you do not see a confirmation email after making payment as these automated confirmation emails may get caught by spam filters.
• We currently have a £300 + VAT maximum online order value. Above this value please contact us and we can raise and send a manual invoice. We will not process multiple orders made online to try and beat the maximum limit
• Apologies but we don’t’ accept American Express cards.
• We can offer manual ordering on any of these items that you can also purchase online. If you prefer to receive a proforma invoice for payment, or if you have any troubles with card payments please contact us and we can process this manually for you.
• Our orders are not fully automated, a member of our team will process this order when we are next in the office.
• Please include a contact number and name for your delivery. We may call this number to confirm the order, and we may not finalise any order until we have spoken to someone on the phone to confirm the order. (we will always email you if there is any problem with your order if we cannot reach you by phone)
• We can only deliver goods to UK customers at this time.
• For fraud prevention purposes we will only accept online card payments from credit cards registered in the UK (with a UK billing address). If you have a special case (e.g. a foreign government procurement card) please contact our office and we can make special arrangements.
• We will never sell your personal information to 3rd parties or spam you with endless sales emails. This isn’t our style
