4m Flat Pack Storage Container for Navigation Primary in Trafford
In Winter of 2025, we delivered a 4m flat pack container to Navigation Primary School, in Altrincham, Trafford. Navigation Primary is a lovely school in sunny South Manchester. Their PTA has been running a second-hand uniform shop for a few years.
It’s good for parents’ pockets and good for the planet! Last year they raised over £650 from selling uniform. That’s money which funds brilliant stuff their kids get to enjoy – like Gardening Club, Forest School days, author visits, outdoor play equipment and musical instruments.
The container from us meant that Navigation could move the uniform shop from parent volunteers’ houses into a permanent location on the school grounds. This was to make it easier to run and more accessible for parents to browse – and hopefully mean they can raise even more money along the way.

4m Flat Pack Container in Green for Storage
After a bit of back & forth on which size would be best, Navigation Primary opted for a 4m flat pack container. They had originally thought a 10ft shipping container might work. However, as the unit was going to go on a patch of grass, a flat pack container seemed to be the best option.
Our flat pack containers are a great alternative to shipping containers, where access is not the easiest. We delivered this flat pack container out of our Birmingham depot, where we deliver via a 4×4 truck + trailer. We also offer an installation service for an additional charge if this is required!
As budget was a factor, a one trip 10ft container was a little too much. They wanted the unit’s cosmetics to be nice, so a refurbished 10ft container was out of the question.
All of our flat pack containers are new/one trip quality. This means they have had one trip in overseas from the factory, but other than that are newly made. They will be in near perfect condition.

Self-Fit Insulation Kit for a Flat Pack Container
Any shipping container or flat pack container will have condensation build up – this is normal. They are essentially big metal boxes, so they will sweat! Thankfully, we have a range of condensation prevention options to combat this. As Navigation Primary were using their container for clothing, they opted for our self-fit insulation kit. With our Facebook challenge, you get 3 days (72 hours) to complete the challenge. You ask your friends, family, and followers to like our Facebook page*. You would let us know when you would like to do your 3-day window. We recommend weekends as more people will be checking social media on those days.

You can do this before or after your purchase with us – whichever you prefer. We can either discount the rate before purchase, or credit you afterwards.
*Please also try and make it clear to your followers, they need to like our Facebook PAGE, not the post itself – we have this more often than you’d think, and unfortunately that doesn’t count for anything!
In Navigation Primary’s case, they took part in our challenge after they had their container. They raised a whopping £125 + VAT off!
