Fully customisable, our premium shipping container offices are ideal for all sorts of locations. They’re ideal for temporary offices for building sites or for permanent use as a home or remote office.

They will be ready to plug into the electrical supply and use as soon as they’re delivered, no assembly required. A level surface to place the container on and access for a large delivery vehicle is all that’s needed.

Our Premium offices are always made from one-trip containers that have been used only once to bring goods to the UK from China. We would expect a lifespan of 30 years or more from a container of this type. Once work is complete we will touch up the paintwork to the original colour or repaint externally in any other dark RAL colour of your choice – all included in the price!

When you place your order your container will be brought in to our depot and checked to ensure it’s in suitable condition and will have its door and window fitted, you’ll be able to specify where you want these. The door will be a high security steel personnel door, the 945mm x 945mm window includes external steel security shutters. Insulation will be fitted underneath the inner lining, made of wipe-clean melamine. Electrics are surface mounted and include an LED strip light and 2 double sockets along with the RCD and external connection and trunking etc. All of these can be positioned wherever you need them. Floor covering will be hard wearing vinyl.

The cargo doors can be left operational if you want to open up the space on a hot day, if they’re not needed then we can have them welded shut which gives a better internal finish.

• Additional windows. As standard the 10ft premium office includes one window with lockable security shutters. We can fit additional windows if required, with or without the steel shutters.

• Electrical Sockets. If you need more than 2 double sockets we can quote for as many as required.

• Heaters. You can plug in an electric heater when needed, but if you would prefer one fitted on its own spur then we can do this for you.

• Staircases. To save space many customers stack an office container on top of a storage container. We’ll be happy to quote for a personnel staircase if you are planning this – we can even produce a bespoke one to fit if you have an odd-shaped space to work with.

• Skylights. These are a great way to improve light in the container. We can quote for skylights on request.
