Product Description
Fully customisable, our premium shipping container offices are ideal for all sorts of locations. They’re great for temporary offices for building sites or for permanent use as a home or remote office.
They will be ready to plug into the electrical supply and use as soon as they’re delivered, no assembly required. A level surface to place the container on and access for a large delivery vehicle is all that’s needed.
Premium Container Office Standard Spec
While these units are made to order, we do offer a standard design with includes the modifications most customers want in their office container. Modifications and additions to the design will be POA.
10ft One Trip Container
Our premium offices are made from one-trip containers. These are containers that have been used only once to bring goods to the UK from China. We would expect a lifespan of 30 years or more from a container of this type. Once the conversion work is complete we will also touch up the paintwork to the original colour.
What’s Included
We will fit a steel security door, along with an antivandal window with security shutter. We had a hard wearing vinyl / lino flooring over the original container floor.
Insulation will be fitted underneath the inner lining, made of wipe-clean melamine. Electrics are surface mounted and include an LED strip light and 2 double sockets along with the RCD and external connection and trunking etc.
The cargo doors can be left operational if you want to open up the space on a hot day or for ease of moving in large items. If the doors are not needed then we can have them welded shut which gives a better internal finish.
Upgrades and Add Ons
As we make these units to order, they can be customised to suit you. Whether that’s additional windows, timber cladding or a patio door, just let us know what you are after! You can see some additional upgrades and add ons below.
Staircases
To save space many customers will also stack an office container on top of a storage container. We’ll be happy to quote for a personnel staircase if you are planning this – we can even produce a bespoke one to fit if you have an odd-shaped space to work with
