Through our network of traders we are able to offer used site offices and cabins from depots right across the country.

Site offices and cabins can be a great & cost-effective way to provide additional temporary or semi-permeant office space and other facilities. Temporary structures can avoid additional business rates (please check with your accountant/authority). They can also be converted into changing rooms, garden rooms, showrooms, meeting rooms and plenty more!

Most office units are open plan, canteen units will have a worktop and sink fitted. Drying rooms are fitted with benches and hooks, and a welfare unit can include a generator.

Available sizes

Cabins can be a variety of sizes. 20ft x 8ft, 21ft x 9ft, 24ft x 9ft, 24ft x 10ft and 32ft x 10ft are all commonly available. Other sizes may also be in stock.

Features

Most used cabins are supplied ready-to-go. Almost all are lined and insulated, and include electrics* and poly-safe flooring.

They can be stacked (with other units of the same size). If you are planning to stack the units, please let us now so we can ensure suitable units are provided. They can also have staircase fixing points if you need to add a staircase.

The cabins may be in a variety of colours, white and light grey are common but they can be blue, green, or any other colour that a previous owner has chosen to paint them in!

Most depots can quote for repainting if you need a particular colour. It’s also possible to quote for some modifications, so if you need an partition walls, kitchenettes or any other customisation then we should be able to quote for this too.

Guarantee

Most cabins are sold ‘as-is’ with no guarantee or warranty. For this reason we strongly recommend a depot visit to inspect your potential purchase before ordering.

*All containers with electrics from Budget Shipping Containers have a Transportable Building Electrical Installation Test. This basically means we’ve fitted, plugged in and tested all components on your container at our premise and checked they work. You will require a qualified electrician to connect all containers to your own electrics once on site and should you need a further Electrical Certificate specific to your site, the electrician you have installing will be able to provide this test certificate (Formal electrical test certificates are only valid at the address they are undertaken, so we cannot provide this certificate prior to delivery).
