Product Description
These 10ft basic container offices are a great option for sites needing a small office space. As they are built to order, you have the opportunity to design a unit that works best for your space and use. These shipping container offices have proven popular in remote areas, or on large building sites and yards although can be used in many areas.
These offices can be used straightaway as they are and are supplied ready to ‘plug and play’. You will just need an electrician to hook up the unit up on site.
Basic Container Office Standard Spec
We offer a standard design to cover most modifications needed in an office container while keeping costs as low as possible. As they are built to order, you can modify the design to add in additional features.
10ft Refurbished Shipping Container
The 10ft offices are produced from refurbished containers. As these units are cut down from used shipping containers they will have dents and dinks in the metalwork. If you need an office that will be on show and look very smart you can upgrade to a one trip container.
These refurbished units will be checked over and repaired to wind and watertight before leaving the depot.
The offices can be supplied in dark blue RAL 5013 or dark green RAL 6007 or dark grey RAL7016. Other colours are available but may affect cost.
What’s Included
In the advertised price, we fit a steel security personnel door and window with security shutter. The double doors of the container can be left operational if required. If they’re not going to be used then they can be welded shut or replaced with a flat steel panel. This is more secure and gives a better internal finish.
A layer of good quality insulation will be hidden beneath the ply lining. We will fit surface mounted electrics including a strip light, 2 double 13A sockets, distribution board with RCD (consumer unit) and external connection. All wiring, light switch and trunking etc. is included.
All of these features can be positioned as you wish.
Upgrades Available
As these units are made to order, we can convert the container to suit you. This can mean adding in extra doors or windows or even totally different styles. Below is a few example of popular add ons. If there is anything you would like that you can’t see, just get in touch!
