20ft Containex Premium Office

Product Description

We are able to offer this 20ft Containex office unit from our Cambridge depot. This unit is currently being manufactured in Europe and is expected to arrive in the depot circa November ’25. We do not have photos of the unit as it is not yet built, but we do have plans to show the layout and mock up drawings.

We only have one of these units on order and no more expected to be held in stock after this. More units of the same or similar spec can be built  to order. Lead time is usually around 3 months. A unit like this would usually retail at circa £14750 +VAT + delivery from Cambridge, but we are offering this at an excellent special offer price.

Containex is an excellent European company offering a range of single and modular office and welfare spaces, as well as sanitary units. They have a very smart finish internally and externally as well as being customisable to your requirements.

This particular unit comes with a kitchenette fitted as well as large glazed window making it a great option for use as an office or welfare use. It offers a nice, smart place to work or rest, as well as a lot of natural light coming through. The kitchenette is a great addition and allows this unit to be used as an office, breakroom or even a garden room.

Specification

Insulation & Lining

This 20′ office comes with a 60mm PU foam insulation in the walls. It also has 100mm mineral wool insulation in the roof and 60mm mineral wool in the floor.

The unit is internally finished with coated steel sheet (in white) and the ceiling is finished in plasterboard with coated steel plate (also in white).

Electrics

Unlike our shipping container office conversions, the electrics in this unit (and all Containex units) are not surface mounted.

The electrics are GB standard (230V/32A/3pin) and include CEE countersinks and consumer box.

• 1no. Spur (600mm above floor level)
• 1no. Spur (350mm above floor level)
• 1no. Power off switch (1150mm above floor level)

The unit also comes with 1no. 2kW e convector and 2no. LED light fittings

Kitchenette

This office comes with a small kitchenette which includes:

• Single lever tap
• 5litre under sink boiler
• Pressure reduction valve

You Will Need

Electrical connection – we recommend you have a qualified electrician to hook up the unit for lights, heater, water heater etc.

Waste and fresh water connections – we recommend you have a qualified plumber sort these connections. You will need access to a fresh water supply and a main sewer connection for waste water in order to use the kitchenette.

Base – a firm, flat surface is needed for the unit to sit on. A foundation plan is included in the images, so you can plan ahead.

Delivery & Siting

You will need suitable access for a rigid or artic hiab truck to deliver into position. This means plenty of space for trucks 45ft – 65ft in length and all firm hardstanding ground with no overhead obstacles. The unit does come with fork pockets so can be placed in a suitable area for our truck and then moved with forklift into a harder to access position.

If you have a suitable vehicle, we can also arrange for you to collect from the depot yourself.
