Product Description
Our premium shipping container offices can be modified to your specification and are suitable for remote office locations, home working facilities or temporary site offices.
They are supplied ready to plug into electrical supply and go, all internals such as lino flooring, electrics and insulation are included as standard. They can also be modified as required if you need something slightly out of the ordinary.

We do offer a standard specification for these 20ft shipping container offices that includes features needed for office use. However, these are built to order and customisable
20ft One Trip Shipping Container
These premium 20ft shipping container offices are produced from green or blue one-trip containers. These containers are manufactured in China and have been used just once to ship goods to the UK. These are the newest containers available on the market. Any work carried out will be touched up in the same colour paint as the container (unique colours available on request, see upgrades table below).
The container will be checked over and is covered by our 12month wind and watertight guarantee.
What’s Included
We fit a steel security door and two windows with security shutters (945mm x 945mm). We will also insulate and line the container internally with wipe-clean white melamine. Alternatively, you can save a little on changing this to ply.
Electrics will be surface mounted and will include 2 no. 5ft LED strip lights and 2 no. double sockets, external connection and internal RCD all trunking etc. You can specify positions for the sockets, light switch and RCD/external connection. The floor will be covered in hard-wearing vinyl.
The cargo doors of the container can be left operational (handy if you will be storing large items in your office). However, if they’re not to be used then we’d recommend they are welded shut. This is more secure and gives a better internal finish as they can be fully lined over.
Upgrades and Add Ons
Being made to order, you can customise these containers to suit your project. Whether that is by adding in extra doors, or cladding the unit in timber. We can also offer different options for some of these modifications, like spotlights, different cladding etc.
