Product Description
These premium 40ft shipping container offices provide good sized work location for up to 4 people in a remote, temporary or site location.
These are supplied ready to plug into your electrical supply so can be used almost immediately. All internals, like flooring, electrics and insulation are fitted in advance. Made to order, you can also customise the unit to best suit your project.

While these units are made to order and customisable we offer a standard spec to include the main features needed for office use.
40ft One Trip Shipping Containers
Our premium offices are only produced from one trip containers. These are the newest containers available in the UK, having been used only once to ship goods into the country. They are in near perfect condition and ideal for sites that need something smart.
These one trip units will be thoroughly checked over in depot and we guarantee them wind and watertight for 12months.
These are generally supplied in green or blue. They can be repainted in other colours, but this may be an additional cost. Any areas worked on will be touched up with paint.
What’s Included
As standard, we will fit one personnel door and three windows with security shutters, all of these can be positioned to suit your. We will also insulate the container and line with a wipe clean melamine. A hard wearing lino/vinyl floor is also fitted over the original container floor.
Electrics will be surface mounted and will include; 4no. 5ft LED strip lights and 4no. double sockets along with the RCD, external connection and all wiring/trunking etc. Again, all of these features you can choose the position of within your container.
If you’re planning on storing large items in your office you may want the cargo doors of the container left operational If not then we can weld them shut, which is more secure and gives a better internal finish.
As standard we supply these as one single open-plan space, but can quote for additional doors and internal divisions if you want to split it up. Once you’ve placed it in a suitable location and connected up the electricity you’re ready to move in chairs and desks etc. and get to work.
